AeroCert IS NOT an AI Wrapper
AeroCert is an AI Multilayer System in which AI is only one component interacting with a structured Knowledge Base and a dedicated Rest Layer with a layer for a User Interface
AeroCert is an AI Multilayer System that:
- Interacts also through structured workflows, not only open conversation
- Guides engineers via contextual prompts and decision paths
- Operates on certified data and regulatory logic
- Provides traceable, auditable compliance evidence
- Performs explainable reasoning, not probabilistic text generation
- Ensures consistency and accountability across certification processes

Data Isolation and Confidentiality
Data of Company A are not used to train or improve the system used by Company B (and vice versa)
- Architecture: separated and model-agnostic: AI/LLM is model-agnostic and does not self-train on operational/customer data. It processes data provided at runtime (prompts, documents, reports) but does not integrate them into the model. Any model update or re-training happens offline, with controlled datasets not derived from customers.
- Data isolation: each company has its own dedicated Knowledge Base or storage environment. Uploaded and generated information remains confined within the company’s instance. There is no sharing or “cross-pollination” of data across deployments.
- Implication: Aerocert is a platform, not a shared model. Every organization uses the same architecture, but with fully independent data and knowledge bases.
The AI layer processes inputs ephemerally, while persistence and traceability live in a dedicated company storage, ensuring data isolation and confidentiality.
Independent of individual companies' sensitive data, AeroCert utilizes a domain-contextualized baseline model trained and configured using public and regulatory data (EASA, ICAO, EUROCAE, etc.), established process guidelines or templates, and sanitized datasets contributed by early users and partners.
